Harold S. Irwin, III

I was born in Carlisle in 1950. I am a graduate of Carlisle High School, Dickinson College and Dickinson School of Law. I am admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Cumberland County Bar Association. In 1996 I was selected for inclusion in the national directory of Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. I also served as a member of the board of the American Lung Association of South Central Pennsylvania until its merger with the Pennsylvania Lung Association.
