This enables me to give you complete service in real estate purchases and financing by issuing title insurance coverage for your transaction and taking care of all other associated legal services – generally at no additional cost. This provides my clients with the benefit of an attorney who can help solve any situation which may arise at the real estate settlement for the same cost as a non-attorney title agent or abstractor service. It also helps me to be able to give fast turn around on all real estate transactions referred to me.
