My fees are based on the nature and complexity of the services being provided, the time expended, the experience required to handle the services for you, and the result obtained.

Different types of cases are handled on a variety of fee arrangements. In appropriate cases, you may discover that my fees in some contingent fee matters may be lower than usual practice since I often reduce my fees if we are able to settle your case out-of-court. If your case will be handled on an hourly rate basis, the time will be kept on our computerized time and billing program as the work progresses. You are free to review these records upon request. I assure you that I make every effort to limit the time necessary to complete the work on your legal matter efficiently, professionally, and appropriately to the needs of your individual case. The fee basis applicable to your case should be discussed with you during your initial interview. If it is not, or if you do not receive a fee agreement within one week after our initial consultation, please inquire about it immediately. All statements for services rendered to you are due and payable upon receipt.
