Availability

My normal office hours are from 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.  However, I realize that because of job requirements and other responsibilities which you may have, or in emergency situations, it may be necessary to schedule appointments during the evening or on a Saturday.  At such times, I will make every effort to work with you in setting up an appointment which will fit your particular needs.

Please feel free to contact me if you have information or a question about your case.  If your call is after office hours, that number will transfer you to a voice mail system which I check regularly.  If necessary, you may contact me during non-office hours on my cell number.  While you may be charged for the time expended during phone calls, conducting business on the telephone saves you travel time and any inconvenience for you in scheduling an appointment.  Many times it also may reduce the overall charge for your legal services.

When you call, I may not always be able to talk with you immediately.  Conferences with other clients, court appearances and other matters limit availability to some extent.  However, I will make every effort to return your call within twenty-four hours unless your call is more urgent.  Please leave a message on our voice mail system.  Many times, this may eliminate the need for a return call or it may enable me to have the information available for you when I return your call.
